Snackoh Bakers required a robust digital transformation to bridge the gap between their artisan retail shop and their large-scale wholesale operations. I developed a high-performance, secure enterprise solution that manages everything from flour to delivery. The system isn't just a website; it’s a central nervous system for a fast-growing bakery.

### Development Idea & Core Logic

The goal was to move away from fragmented spreadsheets to a Unified Data Source. I built a secure API layer using PostgreSQL to handle thousands of daily transactions and real-time inventory updates.

• Secure Infrastructure: Built with a "Security-First" mindset, utilizing OAuth 2.0 via NextAuth for tiered access (Admin, Kitchen Staff, Delivery, and Customers).

• The "Freshness" Logic: Implemented a custom cron-job system that resets daily stock levels and manages "Order by 5 PM" logic to ensure the kitchen only sees what needs to be baked for the next day.
